Why I started 3 Strands
The pursuit of my passion came about, following my decision to become a stay at home mom. 3 Strands was initially born in 2011 but a lot has changed since then. What started as crocheted & upcycled newborn photography props has recently changed into what you know 3 Strands to be today! I am passionate about bringing you unqiue products

I graduated from Malone University with a degree in Education. I taught at a local elementary school for 5 years before starting a family and becoming a stay at home mom.The best part of what I do is working with you all, my customers. I am grateful for your patronage which has allowed me to spend sick days with my kids, enjoy field trips, and tnd to our home.
our story
I am often asked how 3 Strands got it's name. To be brief, this verse was the theme for our wedding. It was my husband's idea to use 3 Strands as an option, when we first developed the vision for this business. I loved the idea, and so 3 Strands was born.
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
